杨家林教授从调节卵泡论治多囊卵巢综合征经验探微

摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)为妇科常见内分泌疾病,发病率逐年上升,其所致月经稀发、肥胖、流产、不孕等严重影响到女性生殖健康.杨家林教授从医60余年,认为该病发病责之于脾肾亏虚,痰浊、水湿、瘀血各自或交互为病,导致巢肿卵多,卵滞巢中,排卵无序.杨老在继承古人经方基础上,博采众长,拾遗补漏,创制了治疗PCOS的经验方,临床疗效肯定.本文探微杨家林教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验,以飨同道.
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common gynecological endocrine disorder,the incidence of which is in-creasing year by year,causing menstrual irregularities,obesity,miscarriage,infertility and other serious effects on female repro-ductive health.Professor Yang has been practicing medicine for more than 60years and believes that the disease is caused by defi-ciency of the spleen and kidneys,phlegm,water and dampness,and blood stasis,each of which may interact with the other,re-sulting in swollen eggs,stagnant eggs in the nest,and disorderly ovulation.On the basis of inheriting the ancient prescriptions,Yang created an empirical formula for the treatment of PCOS,which is clinically effective.This article explores the clinical experi-ence of Professor Yang Jialin in treating polycystic ovary syndrome for the benefit of fellow patients.
