摘要
总结陈渭良教授基于"伏瘀"理论论治陈旧性损伤的经验.陈渭良教授认为"伏瘀"的致病特点与陈旧性损伤的发病高度契合.陈旧性损伤为损伤后瘀血潜伏于筋骨经络日久,耗正伤阳,可与阴邪风、寒、湿、痰相结,遇引而发,痹阻筋脉,证属本虚标实.治疗上以"行气祛瘀,温阳健脾,并治兼邪"为原则.临证特点主要包括:祛瘀不嫌迟;重视脾胃;重视病位;内外并重.并举验案一则.
Abstract
To summarize Professor Chen Weiliang's experience in the treatment of stale injuries based on the theory of"La-tent Blood Stasis".According to Prof.Chen Weiliang,the pathogenic characteristics of"latent blood stasis"are highly compatible with the pathogenesis of stale injuries.Stale injuries are caused by blood stasis that cannot be eliminated after the injury,and it lurk in the sinews and meridians,which depletes the positive Qi,and it can be combined with the Yin Evil like Wind,Cold,Dampness and Phlegm,which will lead to paralysis and obstruction of sinews and veins,and it is a mixture of deficiencies and re-alities,which is the essence of deficiencies and the markers of realities.Treatment is based on the principle of"promoting Qi and eliminating blood stasis,warming Yang and strengthening the spleen,and treating concurrent evils".The main features of the clinical evidence include:eliminating stasis is not too late;emphasis on the spleen and stomach;emphasis on the location of the disease;and attach equal importance to both internal and external treatment.A clinical case is also presented.
