基于桂枝汤类方、麻黄汤类方探析仲景"调、畅"营卫思路

摘要
仲景营卫理论源于《内经》,首次提出营卫不和病机观点,首创六经系统辨证法,阐明营卫不和分型论治.在六经辨证体系构建中,营卫调畅是六经病证的生理病理基础,营卫理论作为主线贯穿始终.类方理论是窥探仲景营卫观的铜镜,在《伤寒论》《金匮要略》方论中,以桂枝汤类方、麻黄汤类方体现的最为突出,认为桂枝汤类方"调"营卫,麻黄汤类方"畅"营卫.因此,可以通过桂枝汤类方、麻黄汤类方探析仲景"调、畅"营卫思路,为仲景学术的传承、发展和创新奠定基础.
Abstract
Zhongjing's theory of Yingwei originated from the Neijing,which first proposed the viewpoint of disharmony be-tween nutrient qi and defensive qi,pioneered the syndrome differentiation method of the six meridians system,and clarified the classification and treatment of disharmony between Yingwei and pathogenesis.In the construction of the syndrome differentiation system of the six meridians,Yingwei Tiaochang is the physiological and pathological basis of the six meridians,and the theory of Ying Wei meridians runs through the entire process.Theory of Formula Classification is a bronze mirror for exploring Zhongjing Yingwei's theory.In the Shanghan lun and Jingui Yaolue,the most prominent prescriptions are Gui Zhi Tang type formulas and Ma Huang Tang type formulas.It is believed that Gui Zhi Tang type formulas"tiao"Ying Wei,while Ma Huang Tang type formulas"chang"Ying Wei.Therefore,it is possible to explore Zhongjing's concept of"Yingwei"through Gui Zhi Tang type formulas and Ma Huang Tang type formulas,laying a foundation for the inheritance,development,and innovation of Zhongjing's academic achievements.
