摘要
颈椎病是临床常见病,症状体征多样化,病证关乎全身,临床治疗方法多样,辨证治疗时大多根据中医内科辨证或经络辨证.本文以"开阖枢"理论体系为根据,尝试构建以主症为依据的颈椎病六经开阖枢诊疗模型,以期为颈椎病治疗提供新思路、新方法,提高临床疗效.
Abstract
cervical spondylosis is a clinical common disease,symptoms and signs are diverse,the disease is related to the whole body,the clinical treatment method is varied,and the dialectical treatment is mostly based on the dialectical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theoretical system of'kai he shu',this paper attempts to build a diagnostic and thera-peutic model of the cervical spondylosis based on the main disease,in order to provide new ideas and new methods for cervical spondylosis,and improve the clinical effect.
