基于"玄府-通道-孔隙"理论探讨原发性干燥综合征的诊治

摘要
玄府是一种遍布人体周身的至微结构,有行气机、通津液、渗气津、运神机的作用,具有"通道"和"孔隙"的属性,功能上以"通利""开阖"为用.原发性干燥综合征为自身免疫性炎症性疾病,属于中医学"燥痹"范畴,该病因腺体受损常出现口眼干燥症状,亦会出现脏腑的病变,中医药对于该病具有独到的治疗优势.本文从玄府的角度探讨该病的诊治,认为阴津亏、燥毒侵、瘀血阻、气机滞导致玄府病变,丧失"通利性"与"开阖性",导致津液无法循形敷布,无法濡养脏腑诸窍进而发病.故治疗当以恢复玄府的生理功能为要,以期为燥痹的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Xuanfu is a microstructure that spreads throughout the human body,with functions such as promoting qi circula-tion,promoting fluid flow,infiltrating qi and fluid,and promoting divine energy.It has the attributes of"channels"and"pores",and is functionally used for"opening and closing".Primary Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune inflammatory disease that be-longs to the category of"dryness and obstruction"in traditional Chinese medicine.This disease often causes symptoms of dry mouth and eyes due to gland damage,as well as visceral lesions.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique therapeutic advantages for this disease.This article explores the diagnosis and treatment of this disease from the perspective of Xuanfu.It is believed that the deficiency of yin and jin,invasion of dryness and toxin,stagnation of blood stasis,and stagnation of qi mechanism lead to Xuanfu's pathological changes,resulting in the loss of"Tongli"and"Kaishu"properties,resulting in the inability of body fluid to apply according to the shape and nourish the various organs and orifices,leading to the onset of the disease.Therefore,the treatment should focus on restoring the physiological function of Xuanfu,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of dryness and stuffiness.
