Clinical efficacy of Yinlai decoction in treating mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its impacts on serum Fbg and G-CSF levels
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yinlai decoction in treating mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children and its impacts on serum fibrinogen(Fbg)and granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)levels.Meth-ods:From March 2021 to March 2023,199selected children who underwent MPP treatment in our hospital were grouped into an observation group(99cases)and a control group(100cases)using a random number table method, the control group received routine treatment with azithromycin, the observation group was given Yinlai decoction based on routine treatment in the control group, the TCM syndrome scores, clinical efficacy, lung function indicators, and serum indicators of the two groups were com-pared.Results:Both the observation group and the control group showed a decrease in the level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores after treatment, and the decrease in scores in the control group was not as obvious as that in the observation group(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate in the observation group and control group was 91.92%and 83.00%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the forced end expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)values of both groups increased after treatment, and the increases in various lung function indicators in the control group were not as obvious as those in the observation group(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of ser-um indicators such as interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),serum fibrinogen(Fbg),and granulocyte col-ony stimulating factor(G-CSF)in both groups decreased, and the decreases in various serum indicators in the control group were obviously lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinlai decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of MPP patients and reduce serum Fbg and G-CSF levels.
