健脾补中化浊汤联合西药对胃癌根治术患者免疫功能、近期预后的影响
The Effect of Jianpi Buzhong Huazhuo Tang combined with Western medicine on immune function and short-term prognosis of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的:探究健脾补中化浊汤对胃癌根治术患者免疫功能、近期预后的影响.方法:研究医院2020年1月～2023年1月收治的35例胃癌根治术后患者,按随机数表法将上述患者分为对照组(n=17,常规治疗联合西医治疗)和研究组(n=18,对照组基础上联合健脾补中化浊汤治疗),比较两组患者中医症状评分、疗效、胃肠功能、免疫功能、近期预后、不良反应.结果:(1)相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者中医症状积分均有下降(P＜0.05),且研究组相较于对照组均更低(P＜0.05);(2)研究组总有效率相较于对照组更高(P＜0.05);(3)相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者胃泌素及胃动素水平均有升高,且研究组相较于对照组均更高(P＜0.05);相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者生长抑素水平均有降低,且研究组相较于对照组均更低(P＜0.05);(4)相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者CD4+及自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平均有升高,且研究组相较于对照组均更高(P＜0.05);(5)两组患者近期预后及不良反应比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:健脾补中化浊汤对于胃癌根治术后患者而言,更能改善中医症状和近期预后,更有利于提升治疗疗效、胃肠功能及免疫功能,且安全性较高,具有推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Jianpi Buzhong Huazhuo decoction on immune function and short-term prognosis in patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 35postoperative patients with gastric cancer admitted to the research hospital from January 2020to January 2023were randomly divided into a control group(n=17,conven-tional treatment combined with Western medicine treatment)and a study group(n=18,control group combined with Jianpi Buzhong Huazhuo Tang treatment)using a random number table method.The TCM symptom scores,therapeutic effects,gastroin-testinal function,immune function,recent prognosis,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared..Results(1)Compared with before treatment,the TCM symptoms scores in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores were lower in study group(P＜0.05).(2)The total effective rate in study group was higher compared with that in con-trol group(P＜0.05).(3)The levels of gastrin and motilin in both groups were increased after treatment compared with those be-fore treatment,and the levels in study group were higher(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,the somatostatin level was declined after treatment in both groups,and the level in study group was lower compared to control group(P＜0.05).(4)After treatment,the levels of CD4+and natural killer cell(NK)in the two groups were enhanced compared with those before treatment,and the study group had higher CD4+and NK(P＜0.05).(5)There were no statistical differences in short-term prognosis and adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Buzhong Huazhuo decoction can improve the TCM symp-toms and short-term prognosis of patients after radical resection of gastric cancer,and it is conducive to improving the therapeutic efficacy,gastrointestinal function and immune function,and it has high safety.
