Effect of Tongxie Qingxin decoction on left ventricular global systolic function and serum ANF,inflammatory fac-tors in patients with VMC
Objective To analyze the effects of Tongjie Qingxin Decoction on left ventricular systolic function,serum natri-uretic hormone(ANF),interleukin-17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-35(IL-35)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in patients with acute viral myocarditis(VMC).MethodsNinety-four VMC patients admitted to our hospital(April 2016to April 2019)were selected and divided into symptomatic group(conventional symptomatic)and combined group(conventional symptomatic+T&L Qingxin Decoction plus or minus)by random number method.The changes of cardiac function indexes,ANF and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were recorded in the 2groups,and the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the 2groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of combination group(91.49%)was higher than that of symptomatic group(74.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,stroke output(SV),IL-10,IL-35,cardiac output(CO),ANF,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels in 2groups were increased compared with before treatment,while IL-17and FIN-γ levels were decreased compared with before treatment.Cardiac function indexes,IL-10,IL-35and ANF levels in the combined group were higher than those in the symptomatic group.IL-17and FIN-γ levels were lower than those in symptomatic group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant differ-ence in the total adverse reaction rate between the combined group(14.89%)and the symptomatic group(10.64%)(P>0.05).ConclusionTreating VMC with TVC can regulate the expression levels of serum ANF,IL-10,IL-17,IL-35and IFN-γ,improve cardiac function and efficacy,and do not increase adverse reactions.
