小醒脑针刺联合中医定向透药治疗中风(痰瘀互结)后手无力的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察小醒脑针刺联合中医定向透药治疗中风(痰瘀互结)后手无力临床效果.方法:将120例患者随机均分为常规组(常规治疗及基础康复训练)60例和中医组(常规组基础上+小醒脑针刺联合中医定向透药治疗)60例,比较两组治疗效果.结果:中医组总有效率高于常规组(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组中医主次症状积分均明显降低(P＜0.05),且中医组降低幅度更大(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组FMA评分均明显升高(P＜0.05),且中医组升高幅度更大(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组手功能测试各方面均明显降低(P＜0.05),且中医组降低幅度更大(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组纤维蛋白原及全血高切黏度均明显降低(P＜0.05),且中医组降低幅度更大(P＜0.05);两组间不良反应比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:小醒脑针刺联合中医定向透药治疗中风(痰瘀互结)后手无力患者疗效显著,能有效改善患者手功能及血液流变学,安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoxingnao acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration in the treatment of hand weakness after stroke(intermingled phlegm and blood stasis).Methods 120patients were randomly divided into 60cases in routine group(routine treatment and basic rehabilitation training)and 60cases in Chinese medicine group(Xiaoxingnao acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on the basis of routine group).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in Chinese medicine group was higher compared to routine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the decreases in Chinese medicine group were greater(P＜0.05).The FMA score was significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and the increase was greater in Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the aspects of hand function test in both groups were reduced significantly(P＜0.05),and the reductions in Chinese medicine group were greater(P＜0.05).The fibrinogen and whole blood high shear viscosity in the two groups were obviously decreased after treatment(P＜0.05),and the Chinese medicine group had greater de-creases(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Xiaox-ingnao acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration has a significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with hand weakness after stroke(intermingled phlegm and blood stasis).It can effectively improve the hand function and hemorheology of patients,and has good safety.
