摘要
内湿源于人体内,多由人体水液运行、输布功能障碍所导致.关于内湿的形成,历代医家多认为其多与肺、脾、肾相关.然而,心为五脏六腑之大主,在内湿的形成中同样重要.目前对于心功能失常致内湿的机理少有医家探讨.文章从心功能失常与五脏生湿方面进行阐述,希望能为湿病的临床辨证论治提供一些思路和启发.
Abstract
Internal dampness originates from the human body and is mostly caused by the dysfunction of water operation and distribution.About the formation of internal dampness,ancient physicians believed that it was related to lung,spleen and kidney.However,the heart is the master of the five internal organs,and it is equally important in the formation of internal dampness.At present,the mechanism of internal dampness caused by cardiac dysfunction is rarely discussed by doctors.This paper expounds from the aspects of cardiac dysfunction and five internal organs dampness,hoping to provide some ideas and inspiration for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of dampness diseases.
