急性呼吸窘迫综合征的中医病机及中医药治疗研究进展

摘要
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(Acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是一种危及生命的呼吸衰竭,近年来随着对ARDS病理生理研究的逐渐深入,ARDS的临床指南和治疗方案也趋于完善,但其总体病死率仍居高不下.探索ARDS更深层次的发病机制及崭新的治疗途径迫在眉睫.本文根据ARDS在中医学研究中的病因、病机、治则,整理归纳临床和实验中证实具有治疗ARDS潜能的中医方法及中药方剂,为进一步突破ARDS临床治疗困局提供了理论基础和重要参考.
Abstract
Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a life-threatening respiratory failure.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of research on the pathophysiology of ARDS,the clinical guidelines and treatment plans for ARDS have also tended to be perfected,but the overall mortality rate remains high.It is imminent to explore the deeper pathogenesis of ARDS and a new treatment approach.According to the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of ARDS in TCM research,this paper sorts out and summarizes the TCM methods and TCM prescriptions that have been proved to have the potential to treat ARDS in clinical and experimental studies,and provides a theoretical basis and important reference for further breakthroughs in the clinical treat-ment of ARDS.
