摘要
目的:探究补肺固肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者的临床疗效及对肺功能、免疫水平和营养状态的影响.方法:采用随机数字表法将本院自2021年10月～2023年10月门诊治疗的80例COPD患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例.两组均给予常规西医治疗,对照组接受布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受补肺固肾汤治疗,连续治疗1个月;比较两组患者临床疗效、肺功能、免疫水平及营养状况.结果:治疗1个月后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组患者主症、次症及中医证候积分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者1秒用力呼吸气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FCV)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、FEV1/FCV值均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平及CD4+/CD8+值均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)和转铁蛋白(TF)水平均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:补肺固肾汤治疗COPD临床疗效显著,在患者的临床症状、肺功能、免疫功能、营养状态改善作用均优于常规西药治疗.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Bufei Gushen Decoction ip treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and its impact on pulmonary function,immune level and nutritional status.Methods Eighty patients with COPD admitted to the Outpatient from October 2021to October 2023were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medi-cines,the control group received treatment with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation,and the observation group was addi-tionally treated with Bufei Gushen Decoction.All patients underwent 1 month of continuous treatment.Clinical effects,pulmonary function,immune levels,and nutritional status in the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total ef-fective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores for main symp-toms and secondary symptoms,and total traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Forced expiratory volume in 1s(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FCV),peak ex-piratory flow(PEF),and FEV1/FCV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of albumin(ALB)and transferrin(TF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Gushen Decoction is effective in the treatment COPD.It can improve the patients'clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,immune function,and nutritional status.
