摘要

目的:探索超声引导下足三里穴注射治疗CFS疗效及与超声参数之间的关系.方法:选取25例CFS患者,采用超声引导下足三里穴注射胸腺肽治疗,采集治疗前后转化分数及超声参数进行分析.结果:治疗前后体质判定及转化分数具有差异性(P=0.02<0.05);2D超声与转化分数呈负相关;弹性成像与转化分数呈正相关;彩色多普勒及频谱多普勒无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同注射次数弹性值具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:超声引导下足三里穴注射可有效改善CFS患者临床症状,调节患者偏颇体质,同时超声参数与临床疗效具有一定相关性.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the efficacy of ultrasound-guided injection Zusanli in the treatment of CFS and its relation-ship with ultrasound parameters.Methods:A total of 25patients with CFS were selected and treated with ultrasound-guided injec-tion of thymosin at Zusanli(ST 36).The transformation scores and ultrasound parameters were collected before and after treat-ment.Results:There were significant differences in constitution judgment and transformation scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).2d ultrasound and transformation scores negatively correlated;Elastography was positively correlated with transformation score.Color Doppler and spectral Doppler had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Different injection time elasticity statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ultrasound guided by st 36hole injection can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients with CFS and adjust patients biased constitution,at the same time have a certain correlation with the clinical effect of ultrasonic parameters.
