新九针结合杨天鹏理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的:观察新九针结合杨天鹏推理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选取我院就诊的120例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组(n=60)、观察组(n=60),对照组给予新九针针刺加中频脉冲理疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予杨天鹏理筋手法治疗,采用新九针结合杨天鹏理筋手法进行治疗.治疗前后疗效采用临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、田中靖久评分量表和颈椎活动度对治疗效果进行评分.结果:观察组患者的总有效率达91.67％显著高于对照组78.33％(P＜0.05),治疗后患者的VAS评分和田中靖久评分量表评分均优于治疗前,颈椎活动度有显著改善,且观察组的评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:新九针治疗结合杨天鹏理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病,治疗效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛感,改善颈椎活动度,提高患者预后.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinjiu acupuncture combined with Yang Tianpeng reasoning tendon manipulation in the treatment of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis.Methods:120patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xinjiu acupuncture and intermediate frequency pulse therapy,and the observa-tion group was treated with Xinjiu acupuncture combined with Yang Tianpeng's manipulation of tendons.Clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS),Yasuhisa Tanaka scale and cervical range of motion were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of 91.67％in the treatment group was significantly higher than 78.33％in the control group.VAS scores and Yasuhisa Tanaka scale scores after treatment were better than those before treatment,and cervical motion was significantly improved.The scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical radiculopathy with Xinjiu acupuncture combined with Yang Tianpeng manipulation has remarkable therapeutic effect,which can relieve pain,improve cervical motion and improve the prognosis of patients.
