Professor YANG Sijin's experience in treating collateral disease of heart and brain with paired medicines of"Re-plenish qi and activate blood circulation,open the sweat pore and unblock collaterals"
Professor YANG Sijin believes that the basic pathogenesis of collateral disease of heart and brain is mainly mani-fested by qi deficiency and blood stasis,and Xuanfu depression,which is usually treated by supplementing qi and activating blood circulation,opening the sweat pore and unblocking collaterals.In clinical practice,the"paired drugs"is cleverly and accurately used,and the drug is simple and effective.This paper briefly summarizes Professor YANG Sijin's academic thoughts and clinical experience,analyzes pair of drugs which commonly used in clinical practice,summarizes the law of drug use,inherits academic experience,and provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
