The pathogenesis of myocardial injury in uremia is complex,the onset is insidious,the symptoms are changea-ble,and the clinical treatment is quite difficult,which seriously threatens people's health.Through combing the sages and scruti-ny,we believe that the key to the pathogenesis of myocardial injury in uremia is the cold and turbidity caused by yang and yin strings.Based on the pathogenic characteristics of cold and turbidity,and from the perspective of turbidity,we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of uremia myocardial injury,and explore the treatment of uremic myocardial in-jury based on the treatment principle of Fuyang turbidity,which is a new direction of TCM in the treatment of uremia myocardial injury,which not only shows the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the treatment of diseases,but also provides clinical ref-erence for the diagnosis and treatment of syndrome differentiation of diseases,which is of great significance.
