Ankylosing spondylitis(ANkylosing spondylitis)is a refractory disease of the rheumatic immune system,but its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear.Chinese medicine puts it in the category of"Da lou".The Wei is solid,the Ying master nourishes moistening,and the evil invads the human body to break the balance of Ying and wei,resulting in"Ying-wei's incline and Movement".Combined with modern immune and metabolic studies,Professor Ma Wenhui believes that the onset of ankylo-sing spondylitis is caused by the"Ying-wei's incline and Movement"process initiated by"wind",which breaks the balance of Yingwei in human body.In order to explain the mechanism of Ying-wei's incline and Movement by weighing the model,the oc-currence and development process of ankylosing spondylitis is clarified,and the treatment method of"regulating Wei and support-ing ying"is proposed,focusing on the regulation of immunity by"regulating Wei".And"supporting ying"training tonifying liver and kidney and regulating spleen and stomach,restoring the homeostasis of the human body environment.
