Endometriosis is a prevalent gynecological disease,and its associated dysmenorrhea significantly impacts the liv-ing quality of female patients..Traditional Chinese medicine science believed that blood stasis was the main pathogenesis of endo-metriosis.Nowadays physicians used Zhongjing's classical prescriptions to treat endometriosis,taking its meaning of regulating qi and blood and treating different diseases with the same treatment.This article attached the key points to provide some guidelines for other physicians.For lower abdomen distension pain caused by qi stagnation blood stasis,it is suggested to use Guizhi Fuling Pill;For lower abdomen cold pain caused by cold coagulation blood stasis,it is suggested to use Wenjing Decoction;For lower abdomen pain refused to press caused by blood stasis heat mutual junction,it is suggested to use Taohe Chengqi decoction;For lower abdomen vague pain caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis,it is suggested to use Danggui Shaoyao powder.In clinical treatment,attention should be paid to distinguish the deficiency and excess,cold and heat,and adjust the treatment flexibly ac-cording to the different syndrome,in order to obtain more satisfactory therapeutic effects.
