The incidence rate of ovarian chocolate cyst is higher in women of childbearing age.The symptoms are diverse and prone to recurrence.It seriously affects the quality of life of women,and causes great physical and psychological pain to the patient.For a long time,traditional Chinese medicine has shown significant therapeutic effects in alleviating discomfort symptoms of ovarian chocolate cysts and increasing pregnancy rates.This article elaborates on the treatment approach for recurrent ovarian chocolate cysts under the guidance of the"Fu Xie"theory.In the case,multiple classic formulas were cleverly combined with Wumen Huaxue Decoction.This treatment has achieved good clinical efficacy.We hope to provide new ideas for the clinical diag-nosis and treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts.A clinical case is attached to show the method of addition and subtraction.
