Effect of Fuzheng yangxue Ointment on Hematopoietic Regulation Function in Chemotherapy Induced Myelosup-pressive Mice
Objective:To observe the effect of Fuzheng yangxue ointment on hematopoietic regulatory function in chemothera-py induced myelosuppressive mice,and explore its mechanism of action through metabolomics analysis.Method:A chemotherapy induced myelosuppressive model mouse was prepared.The experimental group was given Fuzheng yangxue ointment by gavage,while the model group and control group were given drinking water by gavage.The peripheral blood routine,thymus/spleen index,bone marrow/thymus/spleen pathological morphology and other indicators of each group of mice were compared.LC-MS was used to analyze the changes in serum metabolism profiles of each group of mice,and the mechanism of action of Fuzheng yangxue oint-ment was preliminarily explored.Result:Fuzheng yangxue ointment can enhance the peripheral blood indicators of chemotherapy induced myelosuppressive mice,and has a significant therapeutic effect on red blood cells.It can alleviate the splenomegaly of chemotherapy induced myelosuppressive mice.and improve their bone marrow hematopoietic function.The metabolomics results showed that the experimental group showed an increase of 5compounds and a decrease of 44compounds,which can improve the metabolic disorders caused by chemotherapy in mice.Conclusion:Fuzheng yangxue ointment can improve the hematopoietic regu-latory function of chemotherapy induced myelosuppressive mice and alleviate the toxic side effects caused by chemotherapy.
