Clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with PKP treatment for 139elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures based on Yang Tianpeng's injury treatment concept
Objective:To summarize the effectiveness and safety of traditional orthopedics therapy combined with percutane-ous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of advanced osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods:139patients over 80years old from January 2018to December 2020.Of which,115were female and 24were male.Age from 80to 92years,157vertebrae.Collect back and back pain score data and thoracolumbar imaging data before and after clinical treatment, and ana-lyze pain visual analog score(VAS)score,PPI score, vertebral anterior edge height, and Cobb angle before and after treatment, and then analyze the collected data. Results:All patients successfully completed treatment, back and back pain was significantly relieved, and the VAS and PPI scores were lower than before discharge(P<0.01);the height of the upper vertebra was higher than before treatment, while the Cobb angle was reduced than before treatment(P<0.01);Conclusion:Combined with PKP for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture, complementary advantages, safe and efficient.
