Observation on the effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder on seasonal allergic rhinitis
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder on the prevention of seasonal allergic rhinitis(SAR).Methods:132patients with SAR were randomly divided into observation group(n=66)and control group(n=66).The observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Yupingfeng pow-der,and the control group was treated with budesonide.The allergic rhinitis symptom score(TNSS)and nasal conjunctivitis qual-ity of life questionnaire(RQLQ)were used to evaluate the two groups of patients before treatment(W0),2weeks after treatment(W2),3weeks after treatment(W3)and 4weeks after treatment(W4).Results:After 2weeks of continuous treatment,the TNSS and RQLQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistical-ly significant(P＜0.05);After 3and 4weeks of continuous treatment,the TNSS score and RQLQ score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total ef-fective rate of TNSS score and RQLQ score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).In the observation group,4patients(6.06%)had discomfort during the treatment,including 3cases(4.55%)of diarrhea and 1case(1.52%)of abdominal distension.Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoc-tion combined with Yupingfeng powder has a clear effect on the prevention of seasonal allergic rhinitis,and has good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
