Clinical efficacy of liver soothing and stomach benefitingacupuncture in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux dis-ease
To observe the clinical efficacy of liver regulating and stomach acupuncture methods in the treatment of gastroe-sophageal reflux disease(liver stomach stagnation heat syndrome).Method:70patients who met the inclusion criteria were ran-domly divided into a treatment group and a control group.A total of 66patients met the efficacy analysis criteria,including 33in the treatment group and 33in the control group.The control group received basic treatment with esomeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets,while the treatment group received additional liver and stomach acupuncture on the basis of basic treatment.Evalu-ate the efficacy and safety of heartburn,acid reflux,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and quality of life as observation in-dicators.Result:① After treatment,the main symptoms of heartburn and acid reflux in both groups of patients were improved(both P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).②After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as heartburn,acid reflux,sternal pain,epigastric burning pain,ep-igastric distension,belching and hiccup improved in the treatment group(all P<0.05);The control group showed improvement in heartburn and sternal pain after treatment(all P<0.05),while acid reflux,epigastric burning pain,epigastric distension,belching and hiccup did not show significant improvement(all P>0.05);The improvement of heartburn,acid reflux,and ab-dominal distension in patients after treatment was better in the treatment group than in the control group(all P<0.05)After treat-ment,the quality of life of the two groups of patients improved,but there was no difference in the degree of improvement between the groups(P>0.05)Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 87.87%,while the control group is 60.60%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The liver regulating and stomach acupuncture methods can improve the clinical efficacy of using esomeprazole magnesium alone in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver stomach stagnation heat syndrome).
