摘要
龚廷贤为明代著名医学家,医术超群,著作等身,临证调理脾胃颇具心法,本文通过总结龚廷贤著作中有关泄泻的论述及医案,探析其辨治泄泻的临证经验.龚廷贤辨治泄泻,病因分六端,病位重脾肾,治疗从湿、脾、肾论治,善用白术、喜用升麻,条理清晰,论述详尽,具有较高的临床指导价值.
Abstract
Gong Tingxian is a famous physician in Ming Dynasty with excellent medical skills and huge amount of writing.He had his own unique views on adjusting spleen and stomach in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Analysed his clinical experi-ence in differentiating and treating diarrhea by concluding the content and medical records of diarrhea in medical books of Gong Tingxian's,Gong considered the etiology of diarrhea can be summarized in six categories and the position is closely related to the spleen and kidney,treating from wet,spleen and kidney.He was good at using Angelicae Sinensis Radix and liked to used Cim-icifugae Rhizoma.His differentiation and treatment on diarrhea were well organized and detailed discussed,which has value of clinical guidance.
