Research on the Hypertension Prescription Rule of Professor Yao Kuiwu based on R Language/
Objective:Based on R language software analysis,Professor Yao Kuiwu,a renowned traditional Chinese medi-cine practitioner and doctoral supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the capital,identified the medication patterns in the differentiation and treatment of hypertension.Method:Professor Yao Kuiwu's outpatient treatment of hy-pertension from January 2021to October 2023was screened,and clinical medical records and traditional Chinese medicine pre-scription information of patients diagnosed with hypertension were retrieved and collected.A database of outpatient medical records of hypertension patients was constructed using EXCEl2019software,and the patient's age and gender,traditional Chinese medi-cine syndrome types,traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and tastes,meridians,drug association rules,high-frequency drug correlation,and cluster analysis were summarized and analyzed.Result:A total of 324 patients were screened for medical re-cord information,with the highest frequency occurring between the ages of 40～70;Covering 16types of traditional Chinese medi-cine syndromes,the top five frequent TCM syndromes are liver yang hyperactivity syndrome,phlegm stasis syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;139traditional Chinese medicines are used,with the top 10most frequently used herbs being Pueraria lobata,Tianma,Chuanx-iong,White Peony,Poria cocos,Guizhi,Danshen,Atractylodes macrocephala,Mother of Pearl,and Eucommia ulmoides.The four qi are mainly cold,warm,and flat,while the five flavors are mostly sweet,bitter,and spicy.The meridians are concentrated in the liver,heart,spleen,lungs,kidneys,and stomach meridians;There are a total of 33traditional Chinese medicines with a usage frequency of ≥ 60;Set support level≥15％,confidence level≥90％,and obtain 33association rules;12groups of drugs with strong correlation were obtained through correlation analysis;Cluster analysis yielded a total of 9categories.Conclusion:Pro-fessor Yao Kuiwu's clinical treatment of hypertension is mainly based on the concept of"harmony and harmony".The emphasis of medication is on regulating the liver and spleen,integrating yin and yang,and combining with syndrome to supplement deficien-cy,clear heat,promote blood circulation and remove stasis,and dispel turbidity and phlegm.This provides new ideas and guid-ance for the clinical treatment of hypertension.
