A simple analysis on the application value of acupoint application in respiratory system diseases in children based on treating winter disease in summer in TCM
Respiratory system diseases are frequently-occurring and common diseases in children.Children are often accom-panied by symptoms such as wheezing and coughing,which have serious effects on their body and mind.The acupoint application based on treating winter disease in summer combines acupoints,drugs and treatment time,and applies drugs to specific acupoints in summer to prevent the occurrence and development of winter diseases.Treating winter disease in summer is the comprehensive application of the overall concept of correspondence between man and universe,the concept of yin-yang balance and concept of preventing illness,with safety,effectiveness and simple operation.It is a disease prevention method with TCM characteristics.This article briefly analyzes the value of acupoint application based on treating winter disease in summer in the treatment of chil-dren with respiratory system diseases(chronic cough,recurrent respiratory tract infection,bronchial asthma).
