Objective:Exploring the effect of local use of traditional Chinese medicine injections(Salvia miltiorrhiza,As-tragalus,Safflower)on the survival rate after autologous fat transplantation. Methods:Fifteen New Zealand white rabbit models were selected and randomly divided into 5groups.Bilateral inguinal adipose tissue was collected and fat particles were prepared.Except for one group that did not intervene, fat particles were soaked in sodium chloride injection, astragalus injection, salvia miltiorrhiza injection, and safflower injection.Samples were collected at 2weeks,4weeks,and 12weeks after transplantation, and HE staining of transplanted fat and CD31 expression of endothelial cells were observed to comprehensively evaluate the transplanta-tion survival rate. Results:At the 12th week after autologous fat transplantation, the experimental group was significantly better than the pure fat group and sodium chloride group in terms of cell morphology, number of new capillaries, and cell activity.Con-clusion:Local soaking with traditional Chinese medicine injection before granular fat transplantation has a positive effect on impro-ving fat survival rate after transplantation, and different traditional Chinese medicine injections have different regulatory effects.Astragalus injection has the most prominent effect in improving local blood microcirculation and promoting neovascularization. The injection of salvia miltiorrhiza had better effect on the improvement of cell morphology.
