Objective:To understand the current research status and hotspots in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of Diabetic Panvascular Diseases complications,and to provide directions for future research.Methods:In this study,CiteSpace6.1 R2was used to make a metrology analysis of the literature on the treatment of diabetic vasculopathy by traditional Chinese medicine in the CNKI database from January.1,2002 to December 31,2022.Excel and CiteSpace were used to visually analyze the number of publications,published journals,authors,institutions and keywords.Results:After screening the CNKI database,a total of 795articles were included,and the number of published papers showed a rising trend before 2017,and re-turned to the average level in the past five years.According to the analysis of institutions and authors,the institutions with a large number of publications include Chengdu University of TCM(71articles),Shandong University of TCM(42articles)and Guang-zhou University of TCM(22articles).A total of 53core authors have been produced and related research teams have been formed.This study also drew 9clustering keywords and their time lines,and extracted 8emerging keywords,mainly focusing on TCM treat-ment,mechanism of action and various research methods.Conclusions:The research on the treatment of Diabetic Panvascular Diseases with traditional Chinese medicine is still in the rapid development stage,and a core team of authors has been formed,but there is still relatively little inter-agency cooperation.Relevant institutions and scholars should further strengthen cooperation and exchanges in different regions,carry out multi-center cooperative research,pay attention to multi-disciplinary interdiscipli-narians,and pay attention to the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,so as to better play the important role of traditional Chinese medicine in this field.
