Objective To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome types and endometrial receptivity in women of gesta-tional age with hypomenorrhea.Methods 13women of gestational age with hypomenorrhea from August 2020to August 2022were se-lected as study subjects.According to different TCM syndrome types,the women were divided into kidney deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and phlegm-dampness syndrome.Sex hormones levels and endometrial recep-tivity indicators[endometrial thickness,pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),peak systolic velocity(PSV)]were compared patients with different TCM syndrome types.Endometrial morphology Gonen typing and endometrial blood flow Apple-baum typing were used to evaluate the endometrial functional morphology and blood flow of patients.Results The level of estradiol(E2)in patients with blood stasis syndrome was higher than that in patients with the other three syndrome types,and the level of testosterone(T)in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome was higher than that in patients with the other three syndrome types(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in patients with blood deficiency syndrome was thinner than that in patients with the other three syndrome types while the RI in patients with blood stasis syndrome was higher than that in patients with the other three syn-drome types(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in PI and PSV among the four groups(P>0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in endometrial morphology Gonen typing among patients with kidney deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syn-drome,blood stasis syndrome and phlegm-dampness syndrome(P>0.05).The detection rate of endometrial blood flow of Apple-baum type Ⅰ in patients with kidney deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome was higher than that in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in sex hormones levels among women of gestational age with hypomenorrhea of different TCM syndrome types,and the endometrial thickness of women with hy-pomenorrhea of blood deficiency syndrome is thin and the blood perfusion of women with kidney deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome is poor.
