摘要
目的:探究复律汤联合利伐沙班对房颤患者心功能及心电图参数的影响.方法:选取我院2021年6月~2023年11月收治的118例房颤患者为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各59例,两组均予以常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上予以利伐沙班治疗,观察组予以利伐沙班联合复律汤治疗.比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、心电图参数[最大P波时限(Pmax)、P波离散度(Pdis)]、生化指标[N端B型利钠肽(NT-pro BNP)、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1].结果:治疗后,两组各项证候积分、LVESD、LVEDD、Pmax、Pdis、血清NT-pro BNP与TGF-β1水平均降低,且观察组降幅高于对照组(P<0.05);两组LVEF均升高,且观察组升幅均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:复律汤联合利伐沙班应用于房颤患者,可有效改善其临床症状、心功能及心房电传导,其作用机制可能与抑制NT-pro BNP、TGF-β1水平相关.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Fulv decoction combined with rivaroxaban on cardiac function and electro-cardiogram parameters in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods:118patients with AF in our hospital were selected from June 2021to November 2023as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were classified into con-trol group(59cases)and observation group(59cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,and the control group was trea-ted with rivaroxaban on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group was given rivaroxaban combined with Fulv de-coction.TCM syndromes scores,cardiac function[left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],electrocardiogram parameters[maximum P wave duration(Pmax),P wave dispersion(Pdis)]and biochemical indicators[N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1]were compared between groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the various syndromes scores,LVESD,LVEDD,Pmax,Pdis,serum NT-pro BNP and TGF-β1 levels in the two groups were de-creased,and the decreases in observation group were higher compared to control group(P<0.05).The LVEF was increased in both groups,and the increase was higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fulv decoction combined with rivaroxaban can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,cardiac function and atrial electrical conduction in pa-tients with atrial fibrillation,and its role mechanism may be related to the inhibitions of NT-pro BNP and TGF-β1.
