Effect of Jieyu and Wei Decoction combined with triple therapy on neuropeptide substance and gastric motility reg-ulating hormone in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease
Objective To observe the effect of Jieyu and Wei Tang combined with triple therapy on neuropeptide substances and gastric motility regulating hormones in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods From May 2018～June 2020,134patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the observa-tion group was treated with Jieyu and Wei decoction combined with triple therapy.The total effective rate of the two groups was counted,and the changes of TCM symptom score,neuropeptide substance,gastric motility regulating hormone and lower esopha-geal sphincter pressure(LESP)and its length(LESL)were recorded.Results Compared with before treatment,the main syn-dromes of acid reflux,heartburn and sternal pain,abdominal distention,epigastric pain,belching,anger and hunger in the two groups decreased,and the syndrome score of TCM syndrome in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,The gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)and growth hormone releasing pep-tide(Ghrelin)increased in both groups,P substances(SP),calcitonin gene-related peptides(CGRP),vasoactive intestinal peptides(VIP)decreased,And the GAS、MTL、Ghrelin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,The index and VIP of neuropeptides were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The LESP and LESL of the two groups were higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Gastroscopy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jieyu and Wei decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can regulate the expression of neuropeptides and gastric motility regulating hormones,reduce symptoms,improve esophageal pres-sure and improve the curative effect.
