Effect of Modified Qigui Wenbu Decoction on SerumsFlt1,Hcy and PLGF Levels in Patients with Severe Pre-eclampsia
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Qigui Wenbu Decoction on serum soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFlt1),homocysteine(Hcy)and placental growth factor(PLGF)levels in patients with severe preeclampsia(ESPE).Methods:A total of 94 patients with ESPE from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=47)and a control group(n=47).The control group was given conventional drugs, and the study group was trea-ted with a combination of conventional drugs and modified Qigui Wenbu Decoction.Clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores, blood pressure, urinary protein, serum sFlt1,Hcy and PLGF levels, oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA)and superox-ide dismutase(SOD)]and pregnancy outcomes were compared between groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(93.62%)was higher than that in the control group(74.47%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SBP,DBP,urinary protein,se-rum sFlt1,Hcy and MDA levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum PLGF and SOD levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and postpartum hemor-rhage rate in the study group(21.28%and 17.02%)were significantly lower than those in the control group(40.43%and 36.17%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qigui Wenbu Decoction is effective in the treatment of ESPE,which can effectively improve the patients'blood pressure, urinary protein and serum sFlt1,Hcy and PLGF levels, alleviate oxidative stress reactions and improve pregnancy outcomes.
