Observation on the influence of Anshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with tactile vibration feedback training on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia
Objective To observe the effect of Anshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with tactile vibration feedback training on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods In this study,95patients with stroke hemiplegia who were admitted to the rehabilitation department of our hospital from 2021.5～2023.9were randomly divided into two groups.The training group was given tactile vibration feedback training intervention,and the acupuncture+training group was given calming Tongdu acu-puncture combined with tactile vibration feedback training intervention.Gait analysis,star stretch balance test(SEBT)test and score[simplified Fugl-Meyer(FMA),TCM syndrome score,Berg Balance Scale(BBS),ability of Daily living(ADL)]be-fore and after the intervention were compared,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total ef-fective rate of acupuncture+training group(Ocases of recovery+19cases of significant improvement+24cases of improvement)was higher than that of training group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Hip and knee flexion RI and healthy side step length were higher in both groups after treatment,and higher in acupuncture+training group than in training group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the SEBT test of the affected side and healthy side was higher than that of the front side,posterior inside side,posterior outside side and posterior side,and the SEBT test was higher in the acupuncture+training group than in the training group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs,BBS scores and ADL scores of both groups were higher than before,and the acupuncture+training group was higher than the training group(P＜0.05).TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than before,and acupuncture+training group was lower than training group(P＜0.05).Conclusion An-shen Tongdu acupuncture combined with tactile vibration feedback training can improve the motor function of upper and lower limbs in stroke patients with hemiplegia,promote the recovery of balance function and improve the curative effect.
