Sichuan Province's intangible cultural heritage"Emei Traumatology therapy"has a long history.Its representative inhertor Professor Luo Caigui,while absorbing and inheriting the unique theory of"Emei Traumatology therapy",gathered the strengths of various families,integrated them,and developed a unique approach to TCM traumatology treatment.For the manipu-lative treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,it is advocated to regulate tendons as the base,to set bones as the important,and pay equal attention to tendons and bones,to achieve the ultimate goal of"bone is tendons soft,Qi and blood flow".This article will discuss the experience of Emei Traumatology in treating periarthritis of shoulder by means of manipulation around the concept of"bone is right and tendons are soft".
