Exploration on the effects of modified Qishen Danshao Granule on left ventricular function in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease based on 128-slice spiral CT
Objective:To explore the effects of modified Qishen Danshao Granule on left ventricular function in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease based on 128-slice spiral CT(MSCT).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 114 patients with acute KOA who were confirmed and treated in the hospital were enrolled between June 2020 and June 2022.92 sealed opaque envelopes were used for simple randomization and divided into the control group(46 patients,atorvastatin calcium tablets)and observation group(46 cases,calcium tablets+Qishen Danshao Granules).The clinical curative effect and the occur-rence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The scores of TCM syndromes and levels of blood lipid indexes(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The left ventricular function indexes[end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),stroke volume(SV),ejection fraction(EF)]were evaluated by 128-slice MSCT.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,scores of TCM syndromes were lower,the TC,TG and LDL-C were lower,HDL-C was higher,the EDV and ESV were lower,and the SV and EF were higher,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Qishen Danshao Granule is significant on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can improve TCM syndromes,blood lipid and cardiac function,with good safety.
