Observation on the therapeutic effect of the nourishing kidney,nourishing yang,and strengthening bone formula on patients with perimenopausal osteoporosis(kidney yin yang deficiency type)
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Zishen Fuyang Jiangu formula in the treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis(kidney yin yang deficiency type)patients.Method:92 patients with perimenopausal osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=46)and a control group(n=46).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine calcium carbonate D3 tablets,while the observation group was trea-ted with nourishing kidney,nourishing yang,and strengthening bone formula on the basis of it.After continuous treatment for 3 months,compare the efficacy of the two groups;Compare the TCM syndrome scores,bone density,and changes in bone metabo-lism between two groups;Compare the safety of medication between two groups.Result:After continuous treatment for 3 months,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than the control group's 86.96%(P<0.05);Af-ter treatment,the TCM syndrome score,C-terminal peptide of type Ⅰ collagen,and anti tartaric acid phosphatase 5b levels in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The bone density of the L1-L4 lumbar spine,left femoral neck,and bone specific alkaline phosphatase levels in both groups increased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Zishen Fuy-ang Jiangu Formula can effectively improve the actual treatment effect of perimenopausal osteoporosis(Kidney Yin Yang Deficien-cy Type),alleviate typical symptoms of patients,improve bone metabolism levels,increase bone density,and does not increase medication risk,with high safety.
