The Clinical Observation by CoordinatingChong and Conception Vessels Combined with Clomiphene in the Treat-ment of Senile Infertile Patients
Objective To explore the curative effect of coordinating chong and conception vessels combined with clomiphene in the treatment of senile infertile patients.Method Sixty elderly infertile patients from Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Tradition-al Chinese and Western Medicine and Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30,coordinating chong and conception vessels combined with clomiphene)and control group(clomiphene by mouth).Hormone levels,endometrial receptivity,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in both groups were signifi-cantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Estradiol(E2)and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)were significantly increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness increased in both groups compared to before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).
