Effect of Ephedra fuzi Asarum Decoction and Guben Tongqiao Decoction on immune function of patients with aller-gic rhinitis
Objective:To explore the effect of Ephedrine Fuzi Asarum Decoction and Guben Tongqiaodang on immune func-tion in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:102 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group.All patients were treated with loratadine,the control group was treated with Guben Tongqiao Tang,and the observation group was treated with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Tang combined with Guben Tongqiao Tang.Detection of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α TNF-α)、Immunoglobulin E(IgE),T helper cells(Th1/Th2),maximum expiratory flow(PEF),and PEF variability;Observe and compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and treatment effectiveness between two groups of patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a decrease in IgE and a higher Th1/Th2(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the main symptom score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the observa-tion group patients decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the serum IL-4,IL-6,TNF-α in the observation group patients α Horizontal decrease(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group showed an increase in PEF levels and a decrease in PEF variability(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of allergic rhinitis with ephedrine Fuzi Asarum Decoction and Guben Tongqiao-Tang can improve the serum factor level and immune function of the patients,with remarkable effect.
