Study on the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation of colorectal cancer and serum levels of miR-29,TS-GF and TGF-β1
Objective:To analyze the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and serum microRNA-29(miR-29),tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)levels in patients with colorectal cancer.Meth-ods:The clinical data of 134patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2021to September 2023were ret-rospectively analyzed.According to the four diagnostic data,the patients were divided into TCM syndromes.The differences of serum miR-29,TSGF and TGF-β1levels in patients with different TCM syndromes were compared.Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and serum miR-29,TSGF and TGF-β1.Results:134cases of colorectal cancer patients with TCM syndrome differentiation from high to low were 64cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,accounting for 47.76%;39cases of damp-heat accumulation syndrome,accounting for 29.10%;there were 31cases of blood stasis syndrome,ac-counting for 23.13%.The expression level of miR-29in different groups was compared as follows:blood stasis and toxin internal re-sistance group<damp-heat accumulation group<spleen deficiency and qi stagnation group(P<0.05);the comparison of TSGF and TGF-β1levels in different groups was as follows:blood stasis and toxin obstruction group>damp-heat accumulation group>spleen deficiency and qi stagnation group(P<0.05);logistic regression analysis showed that internal obstruction of blood stasis and toxin was negatively correlated with miR-29(P<0.05),and positively correlated with TGF-β1 and TSFG(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and serum miR-29,TSGF and TGF-β1 in patients with colorec-tal cancer,which can provide a basis for TCM syndrome differentiation.
