Study on correlation between TCM syndrome type of psoriasis vulgaris and serum miR-155,TGF-β1and PASI scores
Objective:To investigate the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of psoriasis vulgar-is and serum miR-155,transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1)and psoriasis lesion area and severity index(PASI)scores. Methods:A total of 120patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted from September 2021to September 2023Dongzhimen Hospital of Bei-jing University of Chinese Medicine were retrospectively selected as the study objects. The distribution of TCM syndrome types of pso-riasis vulgaris was analyzed, the serum levels of miR-155,TGF-β1and PASI score of patients with different TCM syndrome types were compared, and the relationship between TCM syndrome types of psoriasis vulgaris and serum levels of miR-155,TGF-βland PASI score was analyzed. Results:In 120cases of psoriasis vulgaris,51cases were blood-heat syndrome,38cases were blood-stasis syndrome,31cases were blood-dryness syndrome. The serum levels of miR-155and TGF-β1and PASI scores of psoriasis vulgaris patients with different TCM syndromes were blood-heat syndrome>blood-stasis syndrome>blood-dryness syndrome(P<0.05).Ser-um miR-155and TGF-β 1 levels were positively correlated with PASI scores in psoriasis vulgaris patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:There was a good correlation between TCM syndrome type of psoriasis vulgaris and serum miR-155,TGF-β1level and PASI score, which could provide guidance for the dialectical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients.
