摘要
介绍艾儒棣教授基于"补虚解郁利水祛瘀"理论治疗黄褐斑的临证经验.艾儒棣教授认为肝郁、脾虚、肾虚是黄褐斑发病之本,局部气机不畅,气血瘀滞是其标.笔者总结以"补虚解郁利水祛瘀"为基本原则的药膜结合治疗黄褐斑,标本兼治,临床疗效较佳.
Abstract
Introduce Professor Ai Rudi's experience in treating chloasma based on the theory of"Supplementing deficiency,re-lieving depression,promoting diuresis,and removing blood stasis".Professor Ai Rudi believes that liver depression,spleen deficien-cy,and kidney deficiency are the causes of the onset of chloasma,and local qi stagnation and blood stasis are the indicators.The au-thor summarizes that the combination of medication and film therapy,based on the principle of"tonifying deficiency,relieving de-pression,promoting diuresis,and removing blood stasis",is effective in treating chloasma,treating both symptoms and root causes,and has better clinical efficacy.
