Therapeutic effect of Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Prescription combined with Yupingfeng Powder on bronchial asthma with Defi-ciency of Lung and Spleen Qi Syndrome and its influence on TCM syndrome score,immune function and inflammatory factor level
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Recipe combined with Yupingfeng Powder on bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen-qi syndrome and its influence on immune function and inflammatory factor level of TCM syndrome score.Methods:100patients with bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen-qi syndrome treated from June 2021to June 2023People's Hospital of Minle County were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and were divided into 59cases in the study group and 41cases in the control group according to the treatment methods.The study group was treated with Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The TCM syndrome score,immune function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.61％higher than that of the control group(82.93％)(P＜0.05).Shortness of breath,wheezing in the throat,chest tightness,cough,white phlegm,fatigue,hypoglycemia and loose stool,abdominal distension,spontaneous sweating and wind-fear in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and Th1/Th2and immunoglobu-lin G(IgG)were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1),chemokine ligand 11(CCL11),cysteinylleukotriene(CYSLTS)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen-qi syndrome,reduce the score of TCM symptoms,improve the immune function of patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
