Effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with Clostridium butyricum enterococcus triple viable tablet on func-tional dyspepsia and influence of G-17and PG-Ⅰ
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with Clostridium butyricum en-terococcus trifecta tablets in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)and the effects of gastrin-17(G-17)and pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ).Methods:A total of 82FD patients admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from November 2020to November 2023were selected for this study,and divided into study group(n=44)and control group(n=38)according to the differences in treatment plans.The control group was treated with Clostridium butyricum triple viable tablets,and the study group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on this basis.The course of treatment in both groups was 4weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.TCM syndrome score,visceral sensitivity index,SF-36score and G-17and PG-Ⅰ levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome major and secondary,visceral sensitivity index and SF-36scale were improved in both groups,and the improvement was better in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ser-um indexes including PG-Ⅰ and G-171evels in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improve-ment was better in the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with Clostridium butyricum triple viable tablet has a significant effect on FD,which can effectively relieve symptoms of patients and improve stomach function,which may be related to regulating the expres-sion levels of G-17and PG-Ⅰ in the body.
