This study investigated the association between metabolic syndrome(MS)and gasification disorder.Through literature review,it is proved that the disordering of gasification is the carrier of"qi change","chaotic qi"and"pathogenic qi",and it is a pathological state induced by breaking the balance of Yin and Yang and disturbing the balance of Viscera,which has the effect of dam-aging the spirit and body,which can induce"Gao into disease".In this review,we discuss the pathogenesis of MS induced by gasifi-cation disorder from the abnormal energy metabolism and sensory dysfunction,which may be related to the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammatory response under oxidative stress,signal transduction interference and autophagy disorder.This study can pro-vide theoretical basis for the"simultaneous treatment"and"domination"of MS with multiple diseases.It is beneficial to propose new ideas and strategies for MS prevention and treatment in terms of gasification regulation.
