Efficacy of Dacaihu Decoction combined with DangguiShaoyao Powder combined with moxibustion Shenque point in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and influence on TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Dachaihu Decoction combined with DangguiShaoyao Powder and moxibustion Shenque point in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS)and the effect on transforming growth faction-β(TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway.Methods:124patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2023to March 2024were selected as the study objects,and were divided into moxibustion group and comprehensive group according to random number table method,with 62cases each.Moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion Shenque point,and comprehensive group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction combined with DangguiShaoyao Powder combined with moxibustion Shenque point.The therapeutic effect,renal function,immune function and TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway protein expression were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of comprehensive group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of moxibustion group 85.48%(P<0.05).U-rinary protein excretion rate(UAER),urinary nitrogen(BUN),renal injury molecule 1(KIM-1)and serum creatinine(Scr)in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the moxibustion group(P<0.05).After treatment,TGF-β,Smad2,Smad3andma-trix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)in comprehensive group were lower than those in moxibustion group,and E-cadherin was higher than those in moxibustion group(P<0.05).After treatment,helper T lymphocyte 17(Th17),Th17/regulatory T cells(Treg)and CD8+were lower than those in moxibustion group,and Treg,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dachaihu Decoction combined with DangguiShaoyao Powder combined with moxibustion Shenque point in the treatment of NS can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients,inhibit the activation of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway,improve the immune function of patients and enhance renal function.
