Efficacy observation of Jingmaixueshuan decoction on deep venous thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty operation
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Jingmaixueshuan(JMXS)decoction on deep veinous thrombo-sis after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:110cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group,55cases in each group.Peripheral diameter difference of affected limb and coagulation indicator(APTT,PT,TT,INR,FIB,DD)and inflammatory indicators(CRP,IL-6)were used to examine before and after treat-ment.The lower limb color doppler ultrasound were examined and drug safety were evaluated.Results:There was a statistically signifi-cant difference in postoperative changes in thigh and calf circumference between treatment group and control group(P＜0.05).The value of APTT,PT and DD was higher in treatment group than in control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative complications of lower limb venous thrombosis in treatment group were lower than those in control group.Conclusion:JMXS can quickly alleviate swelling in the affected limb after total knee arthroplasty,improve blood hypercoagulability and alleviate postoperative inflammatory reactions.
