Objective:To explore the specific effects of modified Xiaoyao San in the treatment of moderate to severe acne,and analyze the specific effects of this treatment method on the production of serum helper T cell 1(Th1)/Th2cytokines in patients.Method:70patients with moderate to severe acne who received treatment in our hospital from March 2022to March 2024were selected as the research subjects.The 70patients were evenly divided into two groups,with 35patients in each group,named the control group and the observation group,respectively.The control group patients were treated with pulsed dye laser,while the observation group re-ceived modified treatment with Xiaoyao Powder on the basis of the control group treatment plan.After a period of treatment,the specif-ic treatment effects,acne symptom scores before and after treatment,serum levels of Th1/Th2cytokines,and the probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the observation group had lower acne symptom scores than the control group after treatment;the levels of Th1/Th2cytokines in the observation group were superior to those in the control group;the observation group had fewer adverse reactions af-ter treatment,and the probability of occurrence was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Xiaoyao San has a significant positive effect in the treatment of moderate to severe acne patients,effectively alleviating their acne symptoms,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
