甘草泻心汤联合益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶对复发性口腔溃疡口腔菌群及血清炎性因子的影响

目的:分析甘草泻心汤联合益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶对复发性口腔溃疡口腔菌群及血清炎性因子的影响.方法:回顾性选取 2022 年 1 月~2023 年 1 月我院收治的 93 例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方案分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=47).对照组采用益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用甘草泻心汤治疗.比较两组的治疗效果;比较两组治疗后的疼痛缓解时间、溃疡愈合时间;比较两组治疗前后的口腔菌群(链球菌、韦荣氏菌)相对丰度、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素 6(IL-6)]以及免疫指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)水平;比较两组治疗6 个月后的口腔溃疡复发率.结果:观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的疼痛缓解时间、溃疡愈合时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组治疗后的TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、CD8+水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组治疗后的链球菌、韦荣氏菌相对丰度以及CD3+、CD4+水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗 6 个月后的口腔溃疡复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:甘草泻心汤联合益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶对复发性口腔溃疡具有较好的治疗效果,能够改善口腔微生态菌群水平、减少炎性反应以及改善免疫功能.
Effects of Gancao Xiexin decoction combined with probiotic aloe fermentation gel on oral flora and serum inflammatory factors in patients with recurrent oral ulcer
Objective:To analyze the effect of Gancao Xiexin decoction combined with probiotic aloe vera fermentation gel on oral flora and serum inflammatory factors in patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:93patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2022to January 2023were retrospectively selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=47)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with probiotic aloe vera fermentation gel,and the observation group was treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.The pain relief time and ulcer healing time after treatment were compared between the two groups.The relative abundance of oral flora(streptococcus and Veillonella),serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and immune indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)were compared be-tween the two groups before and after treatment.The recurrence rate of oral ulcer after 6months of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The pain relief time and ulcer healing time of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and CD8+in two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the relative abundance of streptococcus and Vironella and the levels of CD3+and CD4+in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of oral ulcer in the observation group after 6months of treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gancao Xiexin decoction com-bined with probiotic aloe fermentation gel has a good therapeutic effect on recurrent oral ulcer,which can improve the level of oral mi-croflora,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve immune function.
