摘要
难治性胃食管反流病以脾胃虚弱为本,痰湿瘀热为标,临床以上热下寒证多见.乌梅丸是临床治疗上热下寒的经典方剂,具清上温下、调畅气机之功,临床运用乌梅丸治疗难治性胃食管反流病效果颇佳,遂基于"清上温下"角度探讨乌梅丸论治难治性胃食管反流病,以期为中医临床治疗难治性胃食管反流病提供新思考.
Abstract
Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is characterized by weakness of the spleen and stomach,with phlegm-dampness stasis-heat as the symptom.It is common to see signs of upper-heat and lower-cold syndrome in clinical practice.Wumei Pills is a classic formula for the clinical treatment of upper-heat and lower-cold syndrome,which has the function of clearing the upper and warming the lower,regulating the qi machine.The clinical application of Wumei Pill in treating refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is quite effective.Therefore,we will discuss the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease by using the Wumei Pill based on the perspective of"clear upper and warm lower",to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease by traditional Chinese medicine clinics.
