With the spring of artificial intelligence and its substitution for some human brain activities,its"creative destruction"effect has posed unprecedented challenges while bringing about tremendous changes to society,and thus how to respond to these tremendous changes and challenges has become an urgent task in the field of learning and education in the era of artificial intelligence.By sorting out the impacts and challenges of artificial intelligence on today's social development,this study explores the impact of artificial intelligence on the goal,content and modes of knowledge learning while it is changing human living environment and economic needs,and explains how humans respond to the challenges of AI in terms of education and knowledge learning.As an extension and substitution of human intelligence,artificial intelligence will greatly change the explicit functions of education,including the way and content of human education and knowledge learning,but its essence as a tool will not change the essential attributes of education and knowledge learning.According to the triple relationships between workers and artificial intelligence and the requirements of human self-development,humans in the new era should be more learner-centered,maintain the ability of continuous learning and even lifelong learning,attach importance to learning stereoscopic composite knowledge and the transformation ability,and cultivate new stereoscopic multi-dimensional composite talents.Correspondingly,the education system inevitably needs to undergo adaptive reforms so as to enable education to promote comprehensive human development and the enhancement of"individual endowment"while achieving a larger scale and a deeper coverage,and thus perfect oneself in the process of promoting cognition.
